Job Description
Data Entry Clerk
Fully Onsite- 2 Month Contract with possibilty of extension based off of performance
Calculated Hire is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their Fortune 500 Telecommunications Partner supporting functions of the Accounts Payable process. You will be responsible for supporting incoming mail and preparing letters to mail out and assisting the AP manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
 
Responsibilities
Supporting incoming mail and preparing letters to mailed out – this is supporting our unclaimed property team.
Inputs information from a variety of sources into a database.
Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.
 
Qualifications
Requires strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work well under various time-sensitive situations.
4+ years of experience or relevant schoolwork</p
